This grade offers excellent stress crack resistance, outstanding mechanical properties, and high rigidity. It also provides exceptional toughness, gloss, and minimal warpage. Additionally, it contains UV stabilizers for enhanced durability in outdoor applications. For optimal results in rotational molding, grinding the resin before use is recommended

LLDPE R50035E is ideal for rotational molding of large industrial and agricultural tanks, trash containers, and chemical shipping drums. Its robust mechanical properties and low warpage also make it suitable for injection molding applications, such as screw closures, caps, and various housewares. The built-in UV stabilization ensures long-lasting protection for products exposed to sunlight
Processing Conditions
– Rotational Molding Oven Temperature: 315°C (600°F)
– Injection Molding Temperature: 210 – 240°C
